a.跟踪仪上电后进入初始化,跟踪头出光孔上方两侧有红色和绿色两个指示灯,最初会同步闪烁,几秒钟后切换为不同步闪烁,经过30秒到一分钟左右停止不同步的闪烁,而后绿灯熄灭,此时可以启动TrackerCal或OmniCal软件联机;
b.对于有干涉测距功能的跟踪仪,红灯将缓慢闪烁十五分钟左右,同时激光的强度也会缓慢明暗变化,然后激光和红灯都变成常亮状态,代表氦氖激光管完成稳频预热;
c.对于只具有绝对测距功能的跟踪仪,红灯将很快变成常亮状态,并在几分钟左右完成初始化;
d.如果跟踪仪预热超过以上时间,需要检查预热状态,在TrackerCal或者OminCal的工具栏中选择按钮,打开数据诊断窗口,对于具有干涉测距功能的跟踪仪Operation Mode为Warming Up代表正在预热,其它为预热已完成,对于只有绝对测距功能的跟踪仪System Initialization显示为In Progress为正在预热,Done代表预热已完成;
e.预热时间超过预期时,请检查环境温度传感器读数中的Air Temperature的测量值是否和当前环境符合,由于跟踪仪具有环境气温自适应机制,会根据环境气温控制跟踪仪的工作温度,当没有连接环境气温传感器(此时默认为环境气温20摄氏度)或者环境气温测量值不正确时,会导致跟踪仪温度设定偏高或偏低,都会造成预热时间边长或者无法完成预热;
f.通常当前环境气温接近20摄氏度时,不连接空气温度传感器不会导致预热问题,如果当前环境气温偏离超过10摄氏度,大概率将会导致预热无法完成,此时需要连接正确的温度传感器;
